A new whitepaper, Readiness is Resilience<\/em>, has been launched by intelligent automation solutions provider Voicescape designed to help local authorities prepare for local government reorganisation (LGR). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

UK local government finances have deteriorated significantly over the past decade and a half.
