BakerHicks, the multi-disciplinary design and engineering company, has completed the move to its new headquarters at One Warwick Technology Park. The decision to move the headquarters from Stratford-upon-Avon to Warwick has been driven by a need to create a modern and fit-for purpose office and design space.<\/p>\n

A modern landmark office building, One Warwick Technology Park is situated on an established business park with good connectivity to and from the southeast, southwest, Birmingham and the Greater West Midlands. The property has been comprehensively refurbished to a Grade A specification, including upgrading all elements of the M&E and HVAC systems.<\/p>\n

The move follows on from the recent opening of the company\u2019s specialist hub offices in Heathrow and Derby to service the needs of its aviation and rail clients. The company also has offices in London, Manchester, Motherwell and Switzerland.<\/p>\n

The opening of its new headquarters comes one year on from the company\u2019s rebrand to BakerHicks and 60-year anniversary. The interior design in the new headquarters continues to celebrate the company\u2019s rich heritage and connection to the region, with wall art featuring key dates and characters from the company\u2019s history.<\/p>\n

Managing director, Martin Lubieniecki, says that BakerHicks remains committed to being a major employer in Warwickshire and the region: \u201cWe\u2019ve enjoyed good growth over recent years and with further expansion forecasted, the new headquarters will provide us with an excellent base from which we can continue this trend.
