The organisation operates a national network of award-winning Department for Education registered therapeutic care homes and special schools through its Hillcrest<\/a> and Options<\/a> divisions.<\/p>\n

Well positioned on all key commissioning frameworks and trusted by a third of LAs in England, Hillcrest provides a child centred therapeutic approach to care and education. Its services are provided in a stable, secure and supportive environment, in which the children for which its cares can develop the skills and confidence necessary to help them fulfil their potential.<\/p>\n

Outcomes First Group\u2019s Options division provides care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties and offers a pathway of services, with specialist teams of highly trained staff, including education, care and therapeutic teams. It provides a person centred approach to care and education, looking at the full needs of the individual and adapting its interventions accordingly.<\/p>\n
