High-trust organisations believe technology choices play a vital part in securing customer\u00a0trust<\/em><\/p>\n

For nearly three quarters of AV professionals (70%) improving customer trust is the\u00a0number one priority when selecting new collaboration and communication tech, beating other options such as increasing efficiency (69%)\u00a0and increasing productivity (68%). That\u2019s according to a\u00a0new\u00a0\u2018<\/em>Trusted Connections<\/em><\/a>\u00a0<\/em>2023<\/em>\u2019\u00a0<\/em>study from AV solutions provider Kinly.<\/p>\n

The research, which surveyed 150 AV professionals working across the UK\u2019s banking, finance, healthcare, energy, and public sectors, also revealed that nearly half (44%) of AV\u00a0professionals believe that the right communications technology will \u2018make or break\u2019 the customers\u2019 experience.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>For organisations working in \u2018high trust\u2019 sectors, ensuring positive, easy communications with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for maintaining trust. In fact, nearly half (41%) of those surveyed say that their choice of tech is a \u2018vital part\u2019 in securing customer trust, while 46% believe communications tech is also \u2018vital\u2019 for building employee trust.<\/p>\n

Despite the understanding that communications technology plays a pivotal role for high-trust sector organisations, many are still concerned about the quality of their tech. Nearly three quarters (73%) of AV professionals believe their comms workflows still have \u2018room for improvement\u2019 when it comes to interoperability, while 64% feel their workflows could be more efficient.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Speaking about the new research,\u00a0Kinly\u2019s\u00a0UK region Managing Director, Taj\u00a0Ghere\u00a0said: \u201cAll too often, businesses see AV as just about productivity and efficiency, but it\u2019s so much more than that. The tools we use to communicate can seriously impact a customer\u2019s long-term trust in an organisation.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor \u2018high trust\u2019 sectors such as healthcare,\u00a0law\u00a0or banking \u2014 those dealing in sensitive and personal information \u2014 workflows and AV technologies are an essential part of building and maintaining customer trust.
