It has been enhanced to include four new dedicated lots covering damp and mould, external environmental improvements (such as fencing, driveways, walls, hard and soft landscaping), insulation, and aids and adaptations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Split into a total of nine lots, the structure is:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lot 1 Kitchens and Bathrooms<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lot 2 Windows and Doors<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lot 3 Pitched Roofing <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lot 4 Flat Roofing<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lot 5 Insulation<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lot 6 External Environmental Improvements<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lot 7 Aids and Adaptations <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lot 8 Damp and Mould<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lot 9 Internal and external general repair and improvement works<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Peter Francis, Executive Director of Operations at Fusion21 said:<\/strong> \u201cSet to launch in January 2024, this framework has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gpsj.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FilepicFusion21.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-7385 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gpsj.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FilepicFusion21-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gpsj.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FilepicFusion21-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.gpsj.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FilepicFusion21-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.gpsj.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FilepicFusion21-1024x684.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.gpsj.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FilepicFusion21-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.gpsj.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FilepicFusion21-400x267.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.gpsj.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/FilepicFusion21.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>been renewed in line with the proposed Decent Homes Standard updates and now covers even more aspects of building improvement. We\u2019ve listened to member and supply chain feedback and enhanced the framework in several ways, including the introduction of four new lots and making it easier for contractors to apply by creating dedicated lots for specific building improvements. There is also a specific lot for organisations that can offer both internal and external general repair and improvement works.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFusion21 members can access a renewed framework which has been updated to include potential changes in current and future member requirements.
